| 8 Dec 09 | The 2009
AGM was held at the Aviator Hotel Sywell on Tuesday 8th Dec 2009. The main points were: The current committee will remain unchanged for 2010. for 2010 the club fees are being increased by £2 and BMFA fees will be increased by £! for senior and over-60 membership - see the 2010 membership form for details. |

| 16 Aug 09 | Thanks to all the Northampton MAC club members who attended as guests of NVA on 16 Aug 09. Unfortunately at times there were more Northamption members than NVA members - maybe because of the holiday season - we will pick a better day next time. | |
| 8 Aug 09 | The helicopter fun-fly took place on 8 Aug 09 and was well attended. Lots of good comments received especially for Mark Chaplin's organization of the event. Let's hope this becomes an annual event. See the 2009 gallery for pictures. |

| 7 April 09 | A fun-fly competition is
scheduled for Sunday 13 September 2009. As before the competition
is open to all members with an "A" certificate. IMPORTANT
NOTE: On the day, open flying will be limited. The competition
organisor is Dave Harbour, so give Dave a call if you have any questions.

| 9 March 2009 | The committee have decided that NVA will be attending the Castle Ashby Country Fair this year. It is on Sunday 5 July. Any member can come along with a model (or models) for the static display. Fixed wing or heli flyers with a "B" certificate are encoursaged to take part in the flying display. Participants should advise the webmaster of their intention to fly so we can assess the number of gate passes required. A fun-fly competition will be held some time during the year - date to be advised. |

Tiger Moth Club of Great Britain will be holding a 2 day meeting
in June at RAF Halton. It appears that there will also be a number of
"fly-pasts". This event has been held at Woburn in the past.

| 14 May 2007 | Vote of thanks! It was noted at a recent NVA committee meeting that a number of people attended Model-Ex 2007 that was held on 31 March and 1 April 2007 at the Windmill Primary School in Raunds. Sincere thanks to those people for representing the club at this event! | |
| 14 May 2007 | The fun-fly competition scheduled
for 13 May did not go ahead due to inclement weather. It will now be held
at the Olney flying field on Sunday 3 June 2007. As before
the competition is open to all members with an "A" certificate.
IMPORTANT NOTE: On the day, open flying will be limited
to a 30-45 minute period, sometime around midday. The competition organisor
is Dave Harbour, so give Dave a call if you have any questions. (see
